We accept all major

For sure, as our business relationship starts and go
stronger we can definitely work on credits.
How much do you charge for digitizing?
We charge by the stitch
count and Flat rate as well. Please check our Home Page to view our Pricing.
How much do you charge for editing?
We don’t charge for minor
ones but we do charge a reasonable amount for major changes. Our
Customer Service Representatives will assist you about the
charge depends on the changing of design.

How would I know if my digitized file is
ready?
As soon
as your file is ready, We will e-mail it to you.
Do you accept vector format artwork?
NYes, we accept vector
format artwork such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, etc. If you send
us in coreldraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai), please be
sure to convert the artwork from text to curves first. Otherwise
we may not be able to read the same font that you have sent.
Do you offer free editing for your digitized
file?
Nominal
editing is done free of cost and complex editing if it is
different than originally ordered design is charged in very
reasonable and negotiable charges. Prices are mentioned at our
Home Page.
If my file is lost what do I do then?
We keep backups of your
custom digitized files, vector files, e-mails and original
logos/artwork(2 Years maximum from date of Order). You can
simply e-mail us the order number of your lost file at
classicdigitizers@gmail.com and we will send it free of cost.
Do you correspond with your embroidery
digitizing and vector conversion customers personally?
Yes, we correspond with
each customer personally to ensure a well-rounded and
personalized experience for each client. All your digitized
files are personally emailed to you on your registered email
address.

What software do you use for custom embroidery
digitizing?
We
use Wilcom for embroidery digitizing purposes.
What software do you use for Vector Conversion
or Tracing?
We
use Adobe Illustrator for Vector Conversion. And also Corel Draw
as secondary tool.

What type and quality of file I need to submit
for custom embroidery digitizing?
You can submit jpg, gif,
bmp, tif, pdf, ai, cdr, eps, ms word format files. Care about
quality? Better the artwork, better the final product, so it is
appreciated to submit a relatively clear image with color
separations.

Do you sell your stock design’s?
The digitized design is
only customer’s property. Therefore Classic Digitizers keeps
these designs strictly confidential. We never reveal customer’s
designs to others. Also, we have a secured backup storage to
keep your designs in case your copies are lost, we can resend
them to you within an hour upon request.
